Please note that general email correspondence is not encrypted and is, therefore, not considered a secure means of sending credit card details.

Complaints

If you should have a complaint you can either email or phone. We endeavor to respond to all complaints within 1 working day and resolve any such complaint within 5 working days. If for any reason we are unable to resolve a complaint within 5 working days we will inform you of this.
